Who counts the survivors?

A village officer trained by us, and a second officer for a sample of plots.

Can a buyer see the village members?

No. Buyers see plot codes and survival rates, never household details.

What happens when a plot fails?

The plot shows its real rate and a replant line. Credits are only issued on the surviving share.
